GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR TICKET PURCHASE

ACCEPTANCE OF GENERAL TERMS

By purchasing and/or possessing the ticket, the user accepts all the present terms and conditions below.

2. PARTICIPATION IN TOURS

2.1. Participation in the tours will be carried out through the presentation of the ticket or voucher, which will be scanned for verification.
​
2.2. The right of admission is reserved, and participation in the tours will be denied or the user will be expelled from the tour if any of the following circumstances occur:

The user exhibits violent, disruptive behavior or incites public hatred, violence, or discrimination based on birth, race, gender, religion, opinion, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, or any other social and/or personal condition or circumstance. This includes any user who behaves aggressively, violently, disruptively, and/or causes disturbances outside, at the entrance, and/or inside, anyone carrying weapons or objects that can be used as such, and anyone displaying clothing, objects, and/or symbols that incite violence or promote activities contrary to the fundamental rights recognized by law and the Constitution.

The user shows signs of drunkenness, intoxication (apparent or potential), and/or drug and/or narcotic substance use or having consumed such substances.

If it can reasonably be assumed that a situation of risk or danger will be created for the user or other participants.

Access may be denied to any user, or they may be expelled, for failing to comply with the instructions of the tour guides, as well as the managers of the restaurants, bars, and cultural associations that are part of the tour.

2.3. In any case, users will be personally responsible for their own actions, as well as for any consequences that may arise from them.

3. GENERAL TERMS FOR TICKET PURCHASE

The purchase of tickets implies acceptance of the following conditions:

3.1. The ticket price will be refunded in case of tour cancellation due to bad weather conditions, natural disasters, or other force majeure causes or similar reasons.

3.2. The organization reserves the right to alter or modify the program (both its content and its order).
​
4. IMAGE
​
For the purposes of the provisions of Organic Law 1/1982, of May 5, on civil protection of the right to honor, personal and family privacy, and self-image, it is informed that your presence and ticket purchase for any tour of Queer Lisbon Tour implies express consent and authorization for the capture, reproduction, distribution, and publication of your image, including for promotional, advertising, and/or commercial purposes, and through any means, including electronic media. Participants grant the rights to their own image, resulting from their presence on the tour, for the creation of audiovisual materials in any type of support (including electronic media) and for their use, exploitation, and dissemination by any technical reproduction or image and sound exploitation system.
